25th April, Cornwall : Poetry on the Lake at Pendennis Castle, Falmouth, a huge success and a most enjoyable event, thanks to organiser Caroline Carver, assisted by Moira Andrew and the Falmouth Poetry Society. Poets participating included previous Poetry on the Lake adjudicators: Jo Shapcott, Penelope Shuttle, John Hartley Williams, Michael Swan, together with James Byrne, editor of The Wolf, and Sandeep Parmar .

15th May, Baveno: Gabriel Griffin presents Poetry on the Lake at the Camera di Commercio di Verbania in the course of the Round Table Piemonte Donna, Le Donne, la Cultura e l’Arte: un impegno al femminile", con il sostegno del “Comitato per la promozione dell’Imprenditoria Femminile”. organized by arch Mirella Motta. The prefetto di Verbania, S.E. dr R. Ubaldi, amante della poesia di Elisabeth Barrett Browning intervened.

Reading with Carol Ann was Michael J.Woods, editor of Tandem poetry magazine. The audience included teachers and students from The Chase School, Malvern.
