looking at poetic writing through both head and heart. Firstly (from the head) offering thoughtful 'blue-eye' critical insights into the skills and characteristics that mark out the unique in modern writing; secondly (from the heart) offering fun, practical 'red eye' activities to get your unique voice flowing.
